Ignatian Prayer Experience

Join experienced prayer companions from Portland’s Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) Retreat for a 4-week Prayer Experience. You will learn prayer practices taught by St. Ignatius, including the Examen of Consciousness, scriptural meditation, imaginative prayer and repetition in prayer. Prayer is an important part of our Catholic faith and you will be moved by the richness of our prayer traditions. Come deepen your relationship with God!
