About SEEL Portland
Ignatian spirituality is spirituality that allows us to encounter God in everyday life experiences. It seeks to find the divine in every human experience and especially in the person of Jesus. It presents a pathway to deeper prayer, good decisions guided by keen discernment, and an active life of service to others.
For those who desire to learn more about Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) or who want an introductory experience of Ignatian methods of prayer, SEEL Portland offers a 4-week class in the evenings. Upcoming programs are listed under Additional Offerings to the right.
