SEEL Portland invites alumni to join a Christian Life Community that meets on SEEL Saturdays at Loyola Jesuit Center!
What Is a Christian Life Community?
Christian Life Community (CLC) is an international association of lay Christians, of all social conditions, who have adopted an Ignatian mode of spiritual life out of a desire to follow Jesus more closely and work with him from within the world in which we live.
We will gather monthly in person to support each other in carrying out their missions and growing in their faith. The meetings have time for prayer and faith sharing using a unique three-round format, using materials that are grounded in Ignatian spirituality.
What Do CLC Members Gain?
*Spirituality: Encouragement to build and sustain a regular practice of Ignatian prayer and reflection on the workings of God in our lives.
*Community: Listening to how God has been at work in each other, supporting each other in the ups and downs of daily life, and participation in the global Ignatian family in a way that’s oriented towards the busy lives of purpose-filled lay people.
*Mission: Support for a way of life which respects the uniqueness of each person’s vocation and enables us to be open and free to do the work that is ours to do to bring about the reign of God.

Total cost for nine months: $200.
No one will be refused because of the cost. If $200 is burdensome, please let us know.
